The receptionists are extremely rude. I asked them for referral for a periodontist since their in-house specialist doesn't have available for a month. She sounded extremely annoyed and even raise her voice at me for asking a simply question.

Dr Rodriguez “dr Rod” is the best! Hands down. I have never had any pain when he handles my care. My nerves were so bad. I cried like a baby for no reason because when I tell I didn’t feel a thing. I’m so happy every time I’m in the office. All the staff and other doctors are great, kind and professional.

Horribly disorganized! Normally, I wait over an hour just for a simply cleaning. Last time, it was almost three hours because they misplaced my records. The whole time they were assuring me that i was next to be seen, until then they're closing up the office around me. They had to ask an hygienist who was going home to go back and give me a cleaning. After a three hour wait, i got a rushed partial ten minute cleaning and they charged my insurance the full amount. I reached out the office multiple times but they've never responded. Avoid this office.

I had an appointment with Dr. Rodriguez and it was excellent. He takes the time to talk to his patients and he did an amazing job in filling my teeth. The process was completely painless and almost comfortable in a way. I hope to have him again for my next visit.

My husband recently added me to his dental insurance so naturally the insurance company assigned me to where he also goes which was Eastern Dental. First appt I have to go in for an emergency and get a cap from a root canal put back on. At the front desk, someone couldn’t find the number on there end that related to my insurance. So they told me don’t worry no copay if it costs something they will send you a bill. They get two stars because the lady at the front desk was actually nice, understanding, and professional. Well it was a much bigger deal to the dentist who took off my cap, realized something didn’t look right on my chart then went to go get the lady for me to pay in the middle of the appt. Looks like he’s just concerned with money. Then I get an appt booked for the 15th of April to come back in for a cleaning and follow up with other dental things, they call and say they have to cancel my appt. I called back to reschedule and they can’t get me back in until the middle of May. This cancelation was on them not on me but I’m the one waiting for a month for an appt that should have happened next week. Very unprofessional if you ask me and I’ll be calling around to find a new
